Congratulations to Shelby M. for joining the 100+ club for Clean & Jerks. Consistent practice at submaximal weights is key for improving your olympic lifts.

We’ve extended our 2010 Nutrition Challenge by one more week – the final day for point turn-ins is Friday – March 19th. The winner’s team wins a catered dinner by Milner’s Cafe located over on Judge’s road. (If you haven’t been there – try it out sometime for lunch they serve amazing food.) Along with dinner, the person with the most points gets to pick the gym’s next equipment addition! Goodluck everybody!
