On the Road to 1000
Mike B. pulling 455 on the CrossFit Total last week. Congratulations to everyone who hit personal records on all of their lifts. However, keep in mind that your Deadlift on the CFT usually won’t be as high as other times you might max it.
It’s extremely important to keep an ACCURATE log of your weightlifting numbers, so that you can track your progress. Something that makes CrossFit unique from other fitness programs is that our results are performance based and measurable – that’s why we keep score. It takes the guesswork out of whether or not you’re making progress.
