About: I’m a 28 year old Wilmington native with a supportive family & a close group of amazing friends.
Currently I’m the owner and primary coach of CrossFit Coastal, a locally owned strength & conditioning gym focused on providing effective & time efficient workouts to all walks of life.
Prior to founding CrossFit Coastal, I was a Technical Applications Specialist in the United States Air Force where I had the privilege of serving alongside some of the finest men and women in the US military.
I’m always optimistic and believe laughter and a smile can solve many problems.

About: I’ve always made it a priority to be fit and healthy and have found CrossFit to be the best venue to that goal. All those years at the gym were but feeble attempts to getting and staying in shape. I was introduced to CrossFit a year ago by my son, and only wish I could have introduced it to him. Meaning, I wish I would have known about CrossFit in my twenties. At forty-seven, I can honestly say I feel physically and mentally the fittest I have ever been. And can now look forward to being 50 and 60 and 70 as long as I keep Crossfitting!
I’m a follower of Christ, mother of 3 and wife to Rolando, my number one fan.
As a Crossfit Certified Trainer, I am excited to share this remarkably effective fitness program.
