A note from Alex…
“I joined CrossFit because I heard from a friend how intense the workouts were. The first workout I heard about was the “Murph” – I couldn’t believe my ears. I had to come and try it out for myself and see what my limits were and how I could improve them.
The thing I like most about CrossFit Coastal is the sense of community it builds with everyone. I feel as if CrossFit Coastal is one big competitive family, that pushes each other, but in a positive atmosphere. I love coming to any workout time because I get to meet new people and hang out with some old friends.
Anyone thinking about joining CrossFit should be prepared to be in the best shape of his or her life. You need to be prepared to work hard and play harder. It will be a blast!”

Yes, Alex, it is a big competive family that thrives on seeing each other progress and reach goals they never thought they would be able to reach. And when it comes to family, each member is important and missed dearly when not around! Hope you are doing great in school and looking forward to seeing all of you college kids back in town.
