CrossFit Ladies Class starts tonight!

CrossFit Ladies Class is a program designed for women of all levels of fitness, experience, and age. The classes meet three days a week—with an optional fourth day—for four weeks.

The class is designed for the generally active, injury free individual who wants to train in one of our ongoing group CrossFit classes. It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group classes.This program you will get you in the best shape of your life, and help you reach your goals all while being encouraged by a committed group of women!

Ready to take your fitness to a new level like January’s class did?

To get started you can either register & pay online OR just show up Monday night @ 6:45 pm on Feb 1st for the first session to try it before you buy it. We have 4 more spots available.
