Breakfast: Coffee with sugar-free/dairy-free creamer
                   2 eggs
                   1/2 pear
                    6 almonds
                     8 oz. water
Lunch: 3 oz baked chicken breast
             1 c. carrots and celery with 2 tbs. almond butter
             10 oz. water
Dinner: 3 oz. sirloin steak
               1 c. sauted spinach and onions w/ garlic
               1/2 pear
               10 oz. water
Snack: Herbal tea
             6 almonds

Rest of water intake throughout day- 42 oz.</description>
