4/17/08 – Crossfit – Keeping It Real

Update: We are experiencing wonderful growth. 6 new faces this week already! Our Meetup Group is up to 44 members (We had to give das boot to a few inactives) and growing!

No newspaper ads….no radio….no TV commercials…..just you, our friends. You make us anxious to get to the park each and every Saturday. It is your dedication and consistency that keeps this program (and our trainers) going. Thank you for making our ‘job’ such a rewarding joy!

We were informed that the construction at your new CrossFit Training Center would be done as soon as the end of next week. The place looks awesome and we are almost completely moved in. Pictures will be posted soon!

9 2-fers (or 18 Wall Ball Shots)
