Welcome our newest member, Jennifer T. She has been working out with us at Hugh McRae Park since Feb and joined the CrossFit Coastal Community yesterday.
Welcome our newest member, Jennifer T. She has been working out with us at Hugh McRae Park since Feb and joined the CrossFit Coastal Community yesterday.
Today: All Level Group Classes at 8:30 am, 9:30 am, 10:30 am, and 11:30 am. Open House from 12:30 until 4:00 pm. Stop by during this time to check us out and experience a small taste of CrossFit.
Monday: CrossFit Memorial Beach Day - CrossFit Coastal would like to invite you, our members and friends, to join us at a private beach for a day of fun in the sun.
The location is a secret - Contact Us for directions to the boat ramp where we will be transporting people over in groups of 6.
There is no cost to join us, but donations for gas would be appreciated.
P.S. There will be an optional CrossFit Beach workout.
