A Leap to Victory & Flotilla Race Info

Last night, Charlene chose to develop her CrossFit skills in place of the WOD. We spent the entire hour working on her box jumps – which has been a big hurdle for many. Pictures above is Charlene conquering her first unassisted 12″ box jump.
