4:30 pm class turning the heat up yesterday despite the gloomy weather. Great job to everyone who went the extra mile on both range of motion and intensity.

75 Burpees

Aaron – great article brother. High glycemic starchy foods keep us in a constant hunger for more rapid energy. Robb Wolf, one of the speakers for CrossFit nutrition described most people as carb craving zombies. Once you break the addiction to sugar/starchy grains – it gets a lot easier to maintain.

The first two weeks are crucial. Check out the latest post on the nutrition blog – its from our buddy Skip Chase at Mt Baker – he wrote an article called “The Poisoning of America for Profit.” Tell me what you guys think.
