Wow – incredible morning! PRs all over the place. 420 DL by Mondo! Bob with a huge improvement on Back Squats at 265. 135 DL by Bonnie & Jessica. 225 DL PR by Liz, and Heidi’s amazing 225 Back Squat.
Oh yeah and personal PR on class time for only going over 15 minutes for a CF Total.
Jeff R got just under a 1000 on his first cft.
I worked out with him and I was truly inspired.
