Jerome mid broad jump on Friday. He does a great job at listening to his body and trusting scaling/mod advice given to him before workouts.

Knee issues? No problem – just gotta be careful, understand your limits and work around an existing/prior injury.

Just remember – better safe than sorry, so check any egos at the door.
