Welcome aboard Dustin! We’re glad to have you join us. You’ve done a great job at putting yourself out there and getting to know your fellow CrossFitters. We’re glad you found us.

CrossFit is a community based exercise program. Our most successfull members go out of thier way to be friendly, cheer each other on during workouts, and keep each other accountable in both training and nutrition. This program takes discipline, guts, and determination, but make sure you’re not leaving out having fun too. Go play!
