Welcome aboard Dustin! We’re glad to have you join us. You’ve done a great job at putting yourself out there and getting to know your fellow CrossFitters. We’re glad you found us.

CrossFit is a community based exercise program. Our most successfull members go out of thier way to be friendly, cheer each other on during workouts, and keep each other accountable in both training and nutrition. This program takes discipline, guts, and determination, but make sure you’re not leaving out having fun too. Go play!

25 Kettlebell Swings
25 GHD Situps
25 Back Extensions
25 Knees to Elbows

    Welcome Justin, I look forward to meeting you soon.
    The Breakfast Club put forth some serious effort this morning. My arms are still shaking and my forearms seem to be a bit bigger than normal. Should be an interesting day trying to write and type on the computer.

    I remember doing this workout when it popped up on the mainsite when we first opened Zeke! I think we did it in the dark cause we didn’t use lights yet and one of us had to use 2 red kb’s cause we didnt have 2pood kb’s!…

    Yeah man – I remember that day. Looking through the old pictures – we’ve all come a long way. Seeing people swing the little orange kettlebells and getting wrecked!

    We’ll have to post up some oldschool pics up on here soon. When you coming back home to visit?

    For sure, i’d like to see some of those old pics! I’m not sure when i’m gonna be back. The Florida sectionals are on March 13-14, so probably sometime after that…
