Even though CrossFit might seem intimidating at first glance, CrossFit Coastal will provide personalized plans to accomodate any fitness level. You will work to the absolute best of your abilities to achieve elite fitness. Our atmosphere is one of fun, hard work, and camaraderie.

Contact Us today to schedule a free private introduction to our Crossfit program. This introduction is a prerequisite to participate in any of our group classes.

You will receive a brief Introduction to CrossFit which inludes an explanation of the coaching we provide, the CrossFit program, a tour of our fitness facility, and an official Crossfit Baseline Assessment. (Come ready for a short intense workout).
