1. Designs for our latest batch of t-shirt, racerbacks, & hoodies have been submitted! Expect to see our shelves restocked this week with hot new gear.

2. CrossFit Durham hosts the Carolina Fitness Challenge, which will crown the “The Fittest Man and Fittest Woman In Carolina”.  We have a handful of athletes heading up to compete – it’s not too late to register! We’re spending the night up in Durham that weekend, so even if you aren’t competing, we would love for you to join us to show support for our team.
