Kristen #315 Deadlift PR, Community Night & Grace Finals

Three important things on board for today. Here they are…

1. 315 Deadlift Record! Let’s congratulate Kristen on hitting her summer goal of pulling 315 lbs off of the ground. Her three goals were to get her 1st pullup, clean up her diet, and deadlift #300+. Well folks – she did all three and will be with us for a little while longer until she goes back to school at Raleigh (where she will continue to CrossFit). Amazing job Kristen!

2. Community Ladies Night. This Thursday night, we’re going to hold regular classes at 4:30, 5:45, and 7 pm. We will be performing the benchmark workout called “Diane”. We’ll have scaling for beginners and newcomers are welcome. Come workout and then stay to socialize and cheer on the group of athletes. Bring some beer to share and we’ll provide some comfortable chairs you can relax in. View details here & invite your friends!

3. Grace Challenge Finals. Saturday morning – 9:00 am until Noon. Grace Challenge Finals. The 8 weeks are up and it’s time to see how much you’ve IMPROVED! If you set your baseline and haven’t paid your entrance fee yet, then it is due before Friday 7:00 pm to participate. Feel free to bring your family& friends, refreshments and lunch on Saturday – we’ll have snacks & seating avail.
