Meredith is headed to Meredith College

Today is Meredith’s last day at CrossFit Coastal until winter break. She leaves later today to continue her education at Meredith College. Meredith told us that she looks forward to coming to CrossFit Coastal every day and that she can’t wait to come back!
We all enjoyed watching her perform, always striving to do her very best. Meredith enthusiastically let us know that she will keep working out while she’s in school and maybe even get together with other CrossFitters in Raleigh!
Our blessings to you as you embark on a new, exciting and rewarding future. Keep up the good work!
p.s. We’ll email all of our students going away for the fall workouts that you can do with minimal equipment. We can’t wait to see you again during the holidays!

Murph was a great way to end my summer workouts at Crossfit Coastal. Thanks for everything, it’s been wonderful! Everybody keep up the good work and I’ll see you all around Thanksgiving! I’m going to really miss my Crossfit Coastal Family!!
