I&#039;m totally inspired. I&#039;ve been avoiding the processed grains, sugar -- but getting the free range meat and locally grown veggies -- that&#039;s where I need some advice/direction.</description>

Zeke, today at  5 AM, I ate my three boiled eggs, 10 amonds, and apple, instead of my usual chocolate chip flavored Pop Tarts.  It is 0900 and I feel great and not tired or hungry.  Talk to you later, Dwight</description>
