Each year CrossFit affiliates from across the world come together on a set date in September and host the benchmark workout “Fight Gone Bad” as a fundraiser for prostate cancer. Below is a video from last year’s event.

“Fight Gone Bad”
3 Rounds – 1 minute per station. Goal is to accumulate as many reps as possible.
