Pullups – “Which grip should I use?”

We don’t care and we don’t want you to either. Just make sure you come to complete extension at the bottom (let yourself fully hang at the bottom).
I’m confident these athletes can do more then 40 pullups – regardless of what grip they use…wide, narrow, underhanded, overhand, etc. Read more about pullups here.
