I had an excellent morning workout! I was the only student for the 8 a.m. class; great to have some one-on-one coaching time with Zeke. The handstand push ups are killer – be prepared.

Missed the breakfast club this morning due to work interference. Hate that! Will be there to meet the folks at 4:30 and embark on this lovely wod.

I hope you all ate your spinach this morning. I didn’t, but I’m still feeling strong in the finish!

Visiting CrossFitter from RARE Crossfit in Fredericksburg, VA. Here for 2 weeks. I travel for a living so I have many opportunities to visit different CrossFit boxes. I can say you box is not only one of the nicest I have trained in, but the training is also top notch, keep up the fantastic work. I look forward to training with everyone the next 2 weeks, awesome job to the 5:45 crew, total shoulder exhaustion for me came at 5 HSPU.

Handstand pushups were sick. Great job to everyone – and awesome job hitting every handstand pushup rep to the floor, scaled or not.

Jimmy,

Thanks for the kind words – it’s great to have you in town visiting us. I can tell you’ve been consistent in your training, you have gotten a lot stronger since last time!

See you tonight
