Schedule change for this weekend:
Saturday – Community Workout @ 10:00 am. Skills & Daily WOD 11:00 am – 1:00 pm.
Sunday – Primal BBQ @ 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. Bring family, friends, meat & vegetables. We’ll fire up the grill at 10:30.
