Student Athlete of the Week

Congrats Geoff… You are the CROSSFIT COASTAL “Student Athlete of the Week.” Your motivation, consistency, and intensity in every class is inspiring! Great job at paying attention to detail and pursuing excellence in your training. There is never any doubt at the blazing times/amazing numbers you produce because you never cut corners.

We also chose Geoff because he is humble enough to allow his Coaches to modify the workout of the day to better meet his goals (and also strengthen his weaknesses). A recent example: he sustained an injury outside the gym that affected his ability to grip anything…from barbells to wet noodles to…ok you get the point. Rather then using this as an excuse for mediocrity, he allowed us to help him work around his physical limitations and is very close to a full recovery.

We would like to give a big thank you to CrossFit North Carolina for sending us such a great addition to our family! Keep up the great work.

300M Run
200M Run Backwards
