Welcome Hannah!

Reminder: Grace Finals this coming Saturday! More info tomorrow…

Even though we’ve had to say a lot of sad goodbyes (b/c of school)…we’ve also had a lot of new faces this month! Hannah joined CrossFit a little under two weeks ago and is a great addition to our 6:45 am class…the morning crew has really gained momentum lately and really gets us fired up bright and early.

Hannah has a strong athletic background and you can see it as she pushes through the workouts with intensity! This is only Hannah’s second week, and she has experienced a lot! In the pictures below, she is doing working on her push jerk. Keep up the great work and welcome to the fam Hannah!
