Our Tribe Keeps Growing – Welcome Sanda!
Sanda performing the body row – this is one of our primary movements used to build strength and skill necesarry for the pullup. Even if you can already perform pullups – it is important to master the basics before moving onto more advanced movements. The body row will strengthen the connective tissue throughout your back which will prevent future injury. Click here for more pictures from Tabata This!
Sanda is one of our newest additions to CrossFit Coastal. She found out about CrossFit through the Women’s On Ramp Program, but due to a conflicting schedule – she chose to enter our program through the Foundations program.
Sanda did not let a false time constraint stop or discourage her – she found a way to make it work. Congratulations on successfully completing Foundations and welcome to the group classes! We look forward to helping you reach your goals.
Make sure you introduce yourself next time you see a new face at the gym – this aint your big box gym. You can’t be anonymous here!
