After new years I started working my way up to 5 wods a week, started a modified paleo (during week, weekend vacation), and made sure to get proper sleep. All that prepares me for a day of xfit, mindset allows me to xfit. 100% mind allows me to give 100% energy/strength. Mindset is obtained by comraderie, coaches, and Tabula Rasa stance. Once done with my WOD recovery/next day prep is the goal. Prep was addressed, recovery involves resting body by stretching, hot baths, and freaky asian massages.
