Q. What is CrossFit?

Q. Do I need experience or some minimum level of fitness to CrossFit?
A. No. Our workouts and exercises scale to any level. We’ve had everyone from grandmothers to morbidly obese people, and they’ve all been fine. You will too – if you can focus on positive improvement.

Q. How do I start?
A. EmaIl or call us to schedule a date and time to schedule your complimentary intro session.

Q. The first Foundations session was great, how do I join the group classes?
A. You have to complete all 3 Foundations sessions before joining our ongoing group classes. this is to ensure your safety at the next level. We will be hammering mechanics and proper technique.

Q. Will CrossFit make me bulky?

Q. What is a Foundations class like?
A. Foundations classes usually consist of 1-4 people. During that one hour session, you will be instructed on 1 or more skills on your Foundations Skills Checklist by a Certified CrossFit Instructor. We limit the class size to no more than 4 people. Each class is taught by a highly qualified CrossFit Certified Instructor. That means you get a lot of individual attention.

Q What if I can’t fit it into my schedule? Do you do private sessions?

Q. Do you take credit cards?
A. Yes.

Q. Can I have a receipt?
A. Yes.

Q. How much do your group classes cost?
A. Group classes usually consist of 3-16 members per hour. The cost depends on the frequency of your training. To give you an idea we have packages that range from $88-$200 per month. We offer discounts to students, military, and law enforcement members.

Q. Do you sell t-shirts?
A. Of course. Either come on down to the Box, or email us to place an order. Shirts cost $20 and shipping/handling is $5 per order.

Q. Do you have showers?
A. We’re working on it, but not quite yet.

Q. Can I just come to your gym and use your equipment?
A. No. We are a structured private training facility more than your typical commercial gym. We offer classes and one-on-one sessions, where people work out under trainer supervision, as it yields better, safer, and faster results.
