Whether you choose personal training or our group classes, our CrossFit program is different from anything you’ve ever done. We mix it up with strength training, cardio and bodyweight exercises, so your body is always being challenged and becoming stronger, faster,  & better conditioned. You’ll work hard. You won’t be bored. And you’ll look forward to coming back.

With each session, we offer expert coaching instruction through warm-ups, teach you new skills, and then put you through the tough “Workout of the Day”.
You’ll achieve things you never thought possible – all through a carefully structured program designed to make anyone an athlete.

Try It For Free

We start everyone off with a free introductory CrossFit session. This session is designed to get to know you better, assess your current fitness condition, let you experience a real CrossFit session, and see if we’re a good fit.

Your trainer will ask you about your exercise history, medical history, special interests and concerns. We’ll teach you what CrossFit is, then guide you through one of our classes, tailored to your fitness and skill level.

After that, you’ll have three private training sessions where we’ll teach you more about some key exercises to get you started and show you how to do them safely. The focus of these classes is on mechanics, safety and to prepare you for the ongoing group classes.

After that, you’ll be ready for our popular CrossFit group classes, all led by Expert CrossFit Instructors.
