How Do I Join?
It is really simple: Come check us out! The first workout is free, so leave any fear of sales pressure at home. CrossFit is not for everybody - after your first trial workout, you’ll know if CrossFit is right for you.
We have people of many different fitness and ability levels - from elite level athletes to housewives, cheerleaders, and kids. One thing is evident in all of our members though… they are committed to being as fit as they possibly can get.
We ask you to demonstrate your commitment by first contacting us, then participating in our baseline assessment. If we think you are good fit and you are willing, then we decide the best course of action for you.
There are four basic options:
- CrossFit Group Classes: If you have CrossFit experience, then just join the classes that best fit your schedule.
- Foundations: Some people do not feel comfortable starting with group classes and begin with a trainer to learn our skills.
- Boot Camp: A basic level five day per week program that gives you a jumpstart in your training. Here is where someone “gets in shape” enough to join our regular classes.
- Combination: Many people join our classes and work with a trainer to learn and perfect their skills.
The first step is to look in the mirror and decide if this is really something you want to do; second contact us for your initial training appointment.

P.S. We are still holding free Saturday morning workouts @ 9:00 am. These workouts are open to the public and designed to give you a taste of CrossFit programming. No need to RSVP - just show up on time!
