I hid the wrappers……and the box in the trash can in the garage…..I had to get rid of ALL the evidence.

Remember – this upcoming Monday at 7:00 pm is our first nutrition event at the gym. Also on Jan 30th, we’re having a big group workout at 10:00 and a do-it-yourself bbq afterwards. Everyone is encouraged to bring their favorite meat. I’ll be cooking lechon asado – my Cuban cooking skills are going to be put to the test!
