Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas everybody! I’m sure you’ve heard all the buzz during classes about moving into a (much needed) larger new place. The secret was unveiled at our Christmas Party and we can’t wait to start classes at our new home January 1st, 2010.

Our friends over at CrossFit Wilmington are also moving to a larger location – this truly is a dream come true for both of us. What a great year!

Join us Saturday, December 26th @ 10:00 at the new box for the Free Saturday Morning Workout!
Workout, check the place out, & help us build our new home. The new address is 5726 Market Street – Wilmington, NC.
(The building is right across the street from the Honda dealership & Soundtronics.)

If you haven’t been CrossFitting with us for a while – we would love to share this with you! By the way, we never really considered you actually “gone,” rather simply part of our extended CrossFit Coastal family.

A Note for our Comunity

We officially became a CrossFit affiliate in January 2008.

First opened our doors May 1st at 6:00 am without electricity (had to shine my car’s headlights from the back so Heidi Higgins and Jen Kelly could work out). Check out the blog post from that day.

Served CrossFit to Wilmington, NC for almost two years…and through your success, support, & friendship we’ve outgrown our humble beginnings.

2009 marks the end of an era for CrossFit Coastal and the start of an exciting new one.

What will 2010 bring? How will it feel in a new, much larger space, and will it affect our community?” Though I don’t actually know the answer, I have confidence & faith in our program, our coaches and in all of you - our very close extended family.

I know that together, we will re-create all that we have now, and more. I look forward to the future of CrossFit Coastal in Wilmington at 5726 Market Street!
