Website Changes – A How To Guide.
New website layout – if you’ve been to the site lately (which I hope you have!) you may have noticed some changes.
We’ve added more pictures, easier access to the gallery, member highlights, more resources, and multiple blog streams.

This is the MAIN EVENT! The slider pictures up above…they keep anything we want to stay on top. This includes success stories, member highlights, big events news, YOU NAME IT! We’ll be adding new pages often, so stay tuned.
3 Different BLOG Categories
On the navigation bar there is a button titled BLOG. Hold your cursor over it and you will notice it is a dropdown menu leading to 3 different categories. Daily Workout, News & Events, and Articles are the three separate blog streams. News & Events is the only category that will show up on our home page. We’ve done this for 3 main reasons…
1. People who dont like to know what the workout is can still check the site and stay up to date on events.
2. News & Events will stick around much longer (1-2 weeks).
3. Easier access and searching for Articles.
Daily Pics Sidebar
FINALLY a permanent link to our gallery. Pictures speak louder then words and this sidebar (located on the right hand side) shows the MOST RECENT pics from our CrossFitters. Click on any picture and it will take you to the gallery from the previous day.

If you scroll down to the bottom of the website, you’ll notice 4 different areas. Want to learn more about CrossFit? Watch videos of our different exercises? Have a question? The links provided down there should lead you to the right spot.
