Weekend Warriors
Thank you to everyone who joined us this Saturday for our weekly community workout. Everyone performed as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 7 Thrusters followed by a 50M Run. Weights used varied from 135 lbs – 2 lb wooden dowels.
