At CROSSFIT COASTAL, we make getting started simple, fun, and non-intimidating. It doesn’t matter what your current fitness level is – CrossFit exercises are scaleable for everyone.

1st Step: The Intro Session

During this session you’ll meet with one of our coaches and learn about our gym, the CrossFit method of training and see how our classes and workouts are structured. Then, you’ll get to do a workout and learn about our membership.

Scheduled at your convenience – 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Mondays through Fridays, Saturdays at 9:00 am, and Sundays at 2:00 pm.

Please complete and submit our online assessment form. We need a little background information from you before you begin your training with us.
