Front Gym Area - holds numerous sets of Russian Kettlebells, Plyometric Boxes, Dynamax Balls, Concept 2 Rowers, and Member Stat Boards.

16 Kettlebells, 10 Dynamax Balls, 12 Abmats, 4 Sets of Parralettes.

Main Gym Warehouse (1500 sq feet) - equipment list: climbing ropes, Olympic bumper plates, 40 feet of olympic platforms, Dynamax medicine balls, GHDs, Sledgehammers, Racks, 12 person pullup bar complex, muscleup stations, 6 sets of Olympic gymnastics rings, jump ropes, and slam balls.  

There are two CrossFit training facilities in Wilmington, NC.

 We are CrossFit Coastal and located on Gordon Road.
