Workout: “Deck of Cards”
This is a 3 person team evolution. Take a deck of cards and shuffle it thoroughly, leaving the jokers in. Write one exercise on each card. The exercises are listed below. You have to do the number of reps that is on the card of the assigned exercise. Face cards are worth 10 reps and aces are worth 15 reps. One joker is 100 pullovers total between the three teammates. The other joker is double the next card. Teammate #1 does the first card that is flipped, teammate #2 does the second, teammate #3 does the third, teammate #1 does the fourth …..

If you are alone, just do every third card that you turn up in the deck. Your score is the amount of time that it takes you or your team to get through the deck.
