It is supported by documented scientific evidence and by real-life improvements, even triumphs, of people winning their personal health battles.

Zeke, today at 5 AM, I ate my three boiled eggs, 10 amonds, and apple, instead of my usual chocolate chip flavored Pop Tarts. It is 0900 and I feel great and not tired or hungry. Talk to you later, Dwight

I’m totally inspired. I’ve been avoiding the processed grains, sugar — but getting the free range meat and locally grown veggies — that’s where I need some advice/direction.
